Red Beans and Rice: Your Mama’s is always the best! But Mama’s homemade ham hock stock takes this red bean recipe to the next level. The best part about these is that they taste even better the next day!

BBQ Pulled Pork: This shoulder roast starts out on the pit–after its been rubbed down with our special seasoning mix, of course. Then it gets baptized in beer and goes home to glory in the oven for 12 hours or so. From the drippings we make our own BBQ sauce! YUM!

Lime-Cilantro Slaw: a delightful and versatile fresh slaw that usually accompanies our BBQ pulled pork. But it’s also perfectly delicious on its own!

Fresh Broccoli-Cauliflower+Bacon Salad: this speaks for itself, folks. We toss our broccoli and cauliflower in a seasoned mayonnaise-parmesan cheese mixture with just a hint of sugar; and the crunchy bacon seals the deal!

Freezer

This is the all-in-one meal deal! Your choice of either beef sirloin medallions or chicken breast medallions with garlic sautéed spinach, served on a bed of creamy rosemary polenta. Garnished with a fresh roasted tomato puree.

Dessert

Chocolate Pots de Creme: creamy pots of rich chocolate–sold in individual servings! Yes, Kahlúa will be involved (in case you were wondering).

Blueberry Scones: fresh blueberries, ground almonds and another secret ingredient! Comes with fresh lemon curd.
