Andouille Jerky Chips: a Keto dream! We slice the sausage thinly and bake until crisp, rendering the perfect snack to keep the carbs at bay! WARNING: addictive properties.

Zoë’s Homemade Hummus: infused with roasted garlic and tomato, this hummus is a protein-rich, delicious nosh for when you’re “rumbly in the tumbly,” as Winnie the Pooh would say! (It also compliments roasted vegetables–just toss them in the hummus right out of the oven for an added punch of flavor!)

Sweet Corn Loaded-Crab Dip: HEY FARMERS! Your sweet corn is next level and here’s how we’re riding it to the top! The main players: sweet corn, black beans, and crab. The coaches: sour cream and cream cheese. It all comes together for a big “W” when you serve it hot as a dip or cold as a spread.

Fridge

Chicken á la King: our take on a classic comfort food favorite! It features roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and chicken in a hearty creamy sauce. We serve this with our fresh sweet corn muffins. For an easy lunch or supper, toast your muffins and crumble them in a bowl. Then ladle the Chicken á la King on top, and we “garontee” some happy lip-smackin’!

Lemon-Basil Chicken Salad: basil from our garden, homemade mayo, and fresh lemon juice with breast meat. Perfect for the summer!

Jalapeño-Bacon Pimento Cheese: our regular pimento cheese with a special twist for your July 4th weekend.
